We are just hours away from one of the top events for soccer fans in the world: UEFA Euro 2024. While we are all waiting with bated breath for the start of the championship, it is normal to keep searching for any information related to it.
I’m a total soccer fan! I have been waiting for EURO 24 since EURO 20 ended with Italy winning (Woo-hoo). Will the Italians now become leaders in Europe again? We are about to find out!

Teams that will take part in UEFA EURO 24
Twenty-four teams will compete for the Cup. Here is a full list of teams we will be watching for the next month:

EURO 24 Format
The teams are divided into six groups – A, B, C, D, E, F. The top two teams from each group and the top four among the third-placed continue to the round of 16.
The winners of the round of 16 proceed to the quarterfinals, from there to the semi-finals and finally the grand finale.
In the knockout stage, if a match ends in a tie, two 15-minute extra time follow. If, during the extra time, the score is still tied, the match will be decided by penalty shoot-out.
